An Open Letter

To: Gov. Beshear, Sen. Nunn, Rep. Brown

From: A constituent in Lexington, KY

February 26

I am writing in response to Kentucky Senate bill 225. All the mumbo jumbo basically means more danger for people in multifamily dwellings AKA apartments. Getting rid of the electrical code for these types of buildings is dangerous and targeted. There are many people on fixed budgets or lower incomes in those types of buildings. And it feels like this is a targeted situation. So since this is a bad faith gesture of a bill you need to vote no. Stop going after the poorest people in Kentucky.
