A young college student needs assistance getting home from Honduras after being deported in violation of a court order on November 22, 2025. She is a freshman at Babson College in Massachusetts. She was detained in the Boston-Logan airport before boarding her flight to Texas to see her family for Thanksgiving. She was shackled and spent the night on the floor in a detention center and deported the following day. She is currently 19 and has lived in Texas since she was 8. On January 15, 2026 the administration acknowledged the error and a judge ruled on the following day that the administration had 3 weeks to correct this error. This court order to correct may be ignored again and they have until Friday, February 6, 2026 to abide by this ruling. Congress must be made aware of this situation and demand that it be rectified by that date. Please stand up for this young lady who has had her studies interrupted, been treated like a criminal and separated from her family. Thank you.
