Demand for Impeachment Proceedings Concerning Pam Bondi
To: Rep. Smucker
From: A verified voter in Lancaster, PA
December 21
I am writing as a constituent to formally demand that the House of Representatives initiate impeachment proceedings against Pam Bondi for her likely violations of the Epstein Files Transparency Act and related federal transparency and accountability obligations.
The Epstein Files Transparency Act was enacted to ensure that records related to Jeffrey Epstein and his network are preserved, disclosed, and protected from political interference. Its purpose is clear: to prevent powerful actors from suppressing information related to sex trafficking, abuse, and corruption, and to ensure that victims—and the public—receive the truth.
Ms. Bondi’s conduct raises serious and unresolved concerns regarding:
• Failure to support full disclosure of Epstein-related records
• Actions or omissions that may have obstructed transparency required under the Act
• Conflicts of interest and political entanglements that call into question her impartiality and compliance with disclosure mandates
Taken together, these facts support a reasonable inference that Ms. Bondi has violated both the letter and the intent of the Epstein Files Transparency Act, undermining congressional authority, public trust, and the rights of victims.
Impeachment exists precisely for situations like this—where a public official’s conduct suggests abuse of power, evasion of accountability, and disregard for statutory transparency requirements. Congress has a constitutional obligation not to look away simply because the subject is politically connected or controversial.
Accordingly, I urge you to:
1. Publicly support impeachment proceedings against Pam Bondi
2. Demand full compliance with the Epstein Files Transparency Act, including the release and preservation of all relevant records
3. Support hearings and subpoenas to determine the full scope of Ms. Bondi’s violations
Failure to act would represent a profound dereliction of duty and a betrayal of victims who have already waited far too long for justice.
