I am addressing you in your role as the Kennedy Center Board Chairman. Your advisors are clearly not doing their job keeping you informed. Our beloved National Symphony Orchestra cannot announce its 2026-27 season and finalize its plans because the Kennedy Center Board has not voted to approve its budget. Please make sure that happens immediately, and I also urge you to replace the staff that has apparently been keeping you in the dark about this. That guy Floca is not qualified to run a performing arts center.
