Every senator with any interest in the future of our country must vote NO on cloture, and NO on the Republican spending bill. And don't let them pivot to reconciliation; GOP doesn't need Dem votes for that and everyone knows it. Do NOT cave to any rhetoric about playing nice, reaching across the aisle, or other concessions to fascism. Our country is unrecognizable, and my family and I will never vote for ANYONE who doesn't stand up to fascism. The Democrats like to campaign on being the so-called lesser evil, but if they don't stand up for what's right, they're useless. There's no virtue in saving a career in politics by throwing the country under the bus. Nobody needs any more Republican bootlickers in Washington. There are too many of them already. There's no difference between evil and ineffectiveness, if the end result is still evil. Please do the right thing. Do not let this spending bill pass. Do whatever you must, to keep it from passing.
