--- STATE AND FEDERAL HEALING COMPETITION ACT Non for profit stuff Purpose: State and federal transparency. Ensure compliance with state and federal civil rights and civil laws. Ensure programs are healing to cure. The Model: Like school fundraising — FUN competition. Magazine and gift sheet, teacher calls your name, you get your prize, principal holds award ceremony in the auditorium. Cool for the people, the schools, and the cause. Nonprofits set up like that. Friendly Competition: State and federal governments sworn to friendly competition with same fun and recognition structure. Funding: Each state gets a split income for nonprofits based on tax revenue. Livestream Ceremony: Every year we livestream a national award ceremony. States that reduce brokenness the most get rewarded for their goodness. Programs not healing to cure get a closer look. Sponsorships: State and federal shall secure sponsors for: - Cool gift certificates for each nonprofit category - Extra special vacation gift for each category winner - Special gifts for departments that organize and handle - Official certificates for all, special gifts for top honorees Department of the Interior — Custodian and Public Site: - Maintains secure system for real-time records for state and federal oversight - Collects a quarter of sponsored gifts and inputs - Publishes all gifts, inputs, and flex contributions on an open public site available to all to show and reflect the flex The Real Flex: When your state is cured and healed, you help other states.
