I see a pattern: the Epstein trafficking scandal, the House vote to hide sexual‑misconduct investigations, the bombing of a girls’ school in Iran, and the abuse of women and children in ICE detention. Institutions protect perpetrators and abandon victims. Congress continues to enable this through silence, inaction, and funding.
The Justice Department has not released all of the Epstein files despite a law requiring transparency. Survivors still lack justice, and serious questions about political influence and foreign leverage remain unanswered.
The House voted to block release of its own misconduct records, shielding members from accountability and hiding how much public money has gone to settlements. Rushing this bill forward without proper safeguards for survivors or due‑process clarity reflects a failure of leadership.
UNESCO condemned the U.S. bombing of a girls’ elementary school in Iran, which killed more than 150 children. At the same time, verified reports describe rape, abuse, and cruelty in ICE detention centers—facilities Congress continues to fund.
At home and abroad, Congress is allowing systems that harm women and girls to continue. End the funding that enables abuse, demand transparency, and hold officials accountable.
Please acknowledge this problem and explain how you plan to address it.
