After watching Noem's testimony in front of Congress, I am outraged. "If Congress cannot compel honest answers from public officials, oversight is dead. What are you doing to enforce accountability?”. There must be consequences. Otherwise, refusing testimony becomes a political tactic instead of an ethical breach.".
