Happy Mental Health Awareness Month. I want evidence-based science, not RFK Jr's wacko ideas  about mental health treatment. SSRIs are well researched and proven to be safe and effective. Positive sleep hygiene, healthy foods, and exercise are all complimentary wellness behaviors that are helpful and often part of a medical and psychiatric treatment plan. However, lifestyle changes alone might not remediate mental illness, especially for those disorders with a genetic or biological underpinning. Do your job and call for RFK Jr's resignation for endorsing nonsense and Making American LESS Healthy.
