Let’s be clear: if you’re MAGA, you can beat a cop and get a medal. If you’re not, you get arrested for a shove. Rep. LaMonica McIver—a Black Democratic lawmaker—was just arrested for a minor confrontation outside an immigration detention center. Meanwhile, your party helped pardon violent January 6 rioters—men who dragged police officers into the mob and shouted, “Kill him with his own gun.” They beat cops with flagpoles. One officer died. Others have never fully recovered. And you gave them medals. Called them “patriots.” “Hostages.” “Political prisoners.” Your Justice Department now says, “Assaults on federal law enforcement will not be tolerated.” But that only applies to your enemies. For your side, there are no consequences. No rules. Just revenge. But here’s the thing: MAGA will not rule forever. The day will come—soon—when real Republicans and Democrats retake the majority, when the rule of law returns. And when it does, ask yourself: Are you willing to go to jail for this man? Because history will remember. And justice still has a long memory. You can’t hide behind him forever. And when the tide turns, it won’t be “just a vote” or “just a pardon”—it’ll be complicity.
