I understood you voted to prevent a filibuster of the deeply flawed Genius Act. Now, our last hope to stop it is for our California senators to vote against it. Please follow Senator Warren’s guidance and push for additional amendments necessary to protect America from crypto. There is no need to rush this. We are concerned it may benefit individuals like Donald Trump if not properly amended. California senators should not be making it easier for Trump to make billions from crypto. I am asking you to work with your colleagues to slow down the bill and unify Democrats in opposition until it is fixed. We are counting on you. Thank you.
