I am writing in complete horror that the United States tested a Minuteman Intercontinental Ballistic Missile. Why have you not sounded the alarm bells and stopped this insanity from continuing? The lives of our citizens, and of the ENTIRE WORLD, are depending on you. Congress needs to step up and do their duty to the American people who elect them. The best time to have done this was last year. The second best time is today. Tomorrow will be too late.
