While Congress negotiates the necessary changes to DHS and their funding, you have already appropriated the money for them to effectively secure the homeland without cutting any services or payments in the meantime. Congress must order ICE/CBP to share their billions from the BBB with the rest of DHS until y'all can do your job and work together.
