Every day brings another incomprehensible loss to our country. Now I hear that the Trump administration, in another attack on science, is dismantling ocean monitoring equipment and the scientific program that analyses its data. Why do we have to be so dumb? And why so wasteful? The only reason we have been so successful as a nation is that we have had strong scientific programs supported by our government. Now these programs are being dismantled by a severely corrupt and ignorant administration. Please defend our country by supporting science, education and knowledge!
