We, the undersigned, urge immediate congressional oversight regarding the reported May 2026 “Release of Claims” filing submitted by attorney Todd Blanche on behalf of Donald J. Trump. If this filing seeks to extinguish, waive, or preempt legal claims through negotiated or unilateral procedural mechanisms, it raises urgent separation-of-powers and accountability concerns that Congress cannot ignore.
