The Constitution is clear that Congress writes the laws, including the budget, and the Executive enforces them. The flurry of unilateral action and alarming comments by the President and his unelected enablers jeopardizes this system. You must oppose the Trump administration’s encroaching on Congressional powers. As your constituent I demand that you stand up and exercise your power to keep the Executive Branch in check, and publicly defend the right of the judiciary to do the same.
