This Big Beautiful Bill isn’t about balancing a budget. It’s about protecting your perks while sentencing your constituents to poverty, hunger, and death. You made sure your congressional pension stays intact, even as you voted to slash Medicaid, shut down rural hospitals, defund housing, cut food assistance, and sell off our public lands. You kept your safety net while tearing ours to pieces. You didn’t cut your own paycheck. You didn’t touch defense contractors. You didn’t close billionaire tax loopholes. You came after seniors, children, veterans, and working families — and made sure you walked away untouched. How dare you. This bill hands billions to billionaires and corporations while ripping away the basics from everyone else. It’s violent. It’s cruel. It’s corrupt. And your little pension clause is proof that you know it. You safeguarded yourself. And you sold the rest of us out. Take a long look in the mirror — and ask what kind of public servant protects themselves while letting everyone else suffer.
