I urge you to vote NO on the CLARITY Act, oppose cloture, and support a filibuster to stop this dangerous crypto industry bill from moving forward. This legislation is fundamentally flawed. This is an opportunity to stand up for the fidelity of the financial system and protect workers’ retirement, the economy, and public trust. Senators should listen to the public, not crypto billionaires trying to buy the rules they want.
