Condemn the Rule revoking greenhouse gas endangerment findings

To: Sen. Husted, Rep. Turner, Sen. Moreno

From: A constituent in Oakwood, OH

February 16

Strongly condemn the EPA’s latest shift away from protecting humans to only caring about increasing industry profit. This time I’m talking about the recent rule revoking the EPA’s longstanding greenhouse gas endangerment finding under the federal Clean Air Act. This formalizes climate denialism as official government policy. The 2009 finding giving the EPA formal statutory authority and obligation to regulate emissions was based on overwhelming scientific evidence that greenhouse gases endanger our health, economy, and future and has been upheld unanimously in federal court. Please protect the health of the planet for our children and grandchildren.
