There is nothing more quintessentially American than our public lands: the NPS, USFS BLM, National Wildlife Refuges and various other agencies protect, preserve, conserve wild ecosystems and landscapes, while educate the American people, and giving untold opportunities for recreation, exploration, creativity and responsible hunting and fishing and resource extraction. We've had public lands in trust since 1872, and they more than pay for themselves. Public lands recreation is a $1.4 trillion industry and national parks return on tax dollars spent is 7x. Protect our public lands. A 153 year legacy ought to be celebrated. Meanwhile DOGE staffers - under the direction of a man who stands to make billions of dollars from government contractors are pulling in 6-figure salaries. Why do you support the destruction of our nation's reputation, and most prized institutions?
