This blatantly violates the separation of powers and allows the executive branch to disregard judicial rulings, eroding crucial checks and balances. As a matter of principles, no branch of government should be above the law or able to defy legally binding court orders without consequence. I urge you to reject any provisions that permit federal agencies to violate court orders, as this poses a grave threat to our democratic system of government and the supremacy of the Constitution.
