First, I’m writing to demand that ICE release every single child in detention right now, especially 2-month-old Juan Nicolas, who is at Dilley and was hospitalized with bronchitis just last night. These places are not safe for children, not to mention that the Trump administration is violating the Flores Settlement by regularly keeping kids imprisoned in them for longer than 20 days. Congress must exert pressure! How would you feel if your relatives who immigrated to this country were treated the way immigrants are being treated now?! How would you feel if your children were treated in this depraved manner?!? Where is your humanity?!
