I demand that Congress reject any NDAA package that includes voter suppression, U.S.-Israel military integration, or any provision that deepens U.S. complicity in Israel’s crimes.
The failed House rule created a reset. Congress must not come back with another rule that blocks accountability, buries amendments, or uses the NDAA to force through unrelated extremist policies.
First: reject the SAVE Act. Do not attach voter suppression to the NDAA. A national documentary proof-of-citizenship requirement would make it harder for millions of eligible voters to register or update their registration. The NDAA should not be used to attack voting rights.
Second: remove the U.S.-Israel Defense Technology Cooperation Initiative. In the House, that means Section 219, formerly Section 224. In the Senate, that means Section 1217. Both must be removed.
Section 219 and Section 1217 would deepen U.S.-Israel military-industrial integration through joint weapons research, Israeli-origin technology integration into U.S. military systems, procurement pathways, co-production, licensing agreements, data-sharing, AI, cyber, autonomous systems, missile defense, counter-drone systems, and defense manufacturing partnerships.
This is unacceptable. The United States should not enter this kind of integrated military partnership with any country. It is especially outrageous to do so with Israel, a state responsible for illegal occupation, apartheid, siege, forced displacement, war crimes, crimes against humanity, genocide, and catastrophic regional destabilization.
I demand that every House Representative vote NO on any rule that blocks votes on Amendments #2 and #173 to strike Section 219.
I demand that any new NDAA rule make Amendments #2 and #173 in order.
I demand that every House Representative vote YES to strike Section 219.
I demand that every Senator file, co-sponsor, and vote YES on an amendment to strike Section 1217.
I demand that Congress vote NO on any NDAA that includes the SAVE Act, Section 219, Section 1217, or any similar U.S.-Israel military integration language.
No voter suppression in the NDAA. No U.S.-Israel military-industrial merger in the NDAA. No joint weapons development. No co-production. No data-sharing. No reward for genocide.
Remove the SAVE Act. Remove Section 219. Remove Section 1217. Reject any final NDAA that keeps them.
