Your Weekly Reminder: Stand Up for Federal Employees
To: Sen. Schmitt, Sen. Hawley
From: A verified voter in Kansas City, MO
September 14
This is your weekly reminder: stand up and fight back against this administration’s assault on federal agencies and federal employees or you will not be reelected. Period.
Russell Vought and Scott Kapoor continue to pursue policies that are dismantling federal agencies, weakening the federal workforce, and undermining the people who keep our government functioning. This is unacceptable, and it cannot continue without elected representatives pushing back.
We elected you to represent us, not to sit quietly while this happens.
Federal employees deserve to have someone in Congress willing to stand up for them. Our agencies deserve to be protected from reckless dismantling. And the American people deserve a functioning federal government staffed by experienced employees who can actually provide the services they depend on.
If you care about the people who elected you, now is the time to prove it. Stop enabling this insanity. Stand up to this administration. Stand up to Russell Vought and Scott Kapoor. Defend federal employees and the institutions they serve.
Because if you refuse to stand up now, remember this: we will remember who stood up for us and who didn’t.
Elections have consequences. If you continue to sit on the sidelines while federal agencies and federal employees are being systematically attacked, you will not have our support when it comes time to ask for our votes again.
This is not a threat. It is accountability.
Represent us. Fight for us. Do your job.
