**Remove ICE Agents With Documented Abuse Records From NYC Streets**
Demand accountability for ICE agents operating in New York City — starting with the removal of agents who have been repeatedly accused in federal court of unlawful arrests and use of force. A WIRED investigation found that an ICE agent present at a recent shooting in upper Manhattan has a documented history of alleged violence during arrests in both New York and Minneapolis. This is not a one-off incident. This is a pattern.
New Yorkers — including children — are being exposed to agents who federal courts have already flagged for misconduct. That is unacceptable. Take immediate action to demand a full review of ICE personnel operating in this city, push for the suspension of agents facing active federal accusations, and use every tool available to block agents with abuse records from conducting operations here. Our communities deserve protection from violence, not exposure to it.
