With recent information about Cesar Chavez misconduct, please consider renaming the state holiday on March 31st to Dolores Huerta Day. She was as much a leader in the movement as he was, and has none of his sordid history. Now is a moment when we say enough is enough for sexual abuse at all levels. Thank you for your work for the people of our beautiful state.
