I am asking you to get in the way of Dow Corporation’s request to further pollute our beloved Texas rivers and streams, beaches and shorelines.  Do not approve their request to relax the plastic pellet regulations.  It would be a stain on the state to proceed and put Texas waters, sea life, and consumers at risk.
