I'm writing you from Tualatin, expressing my shock concerning conditions at the Dilley Detention Center in Texas. At least two cases of measles have been reported at this facility. Experts agree that a crowded facility housing small children poses a significant health risk. And families report contaminated food and lack of basic medical care. This facility was supposed to be shut down last year, please INSIST on its immediate closure without building additional centers.
