As a IS Representative, actions you do not have to wait for the right time to take include floor speeches, press releases, and press conferences denouncing the killings by ICE agents. You can include denunciations of ICE and Homeland Security policies and leadership and especially those legislators, in both parties, who voted for the bill that recently cleared the House and included funding for ICE. Phrases you should consider including in both your public statements as well as your helpful private remarks to fellow Representatives should include "death squads," "extra-judicial killings," and "summary execution."
