I was shocked and dismayed by the cover of The Hartford Courant today. The photo of you smiling broadly while manning your shovel for Arbor Day whilst our very way of life is threatened, ie a judge is unlawfully arrested by goons in service to potus’ deranged plans, is no feather in your cap. What ACTIONS are you taking, Senator Blumenthal? What ACTIONS should citizens be taking? You must understand that we are losing faith in the Democratic Party. I’ve voted for you faithfully throughout your career but these are critical times for our nation and ACTION not RHETORIC is mandatory. Please explain why you deserve my continued support if you cannot outline a plan of ACTION. I’ve reached out many times seeking concrete ideas to combat the fascist activities occurring in Washington DC.
