Threatening to systematically destroy civilian infrastructure—"Power Plant Day and Bridge Day"—and using "living in hell" as a foreign policy directive is a grotesque violation of international law and a stain on the American conscience. This isn't leadership; it is a global embarrassment. We are becoming a pariah state before the eyes of the entire universe because of the unchecked ego and instability of one man. The 25th Amendment exists specifically for this moment: when a Chief Executive is no longer fit to discharge the powers and duties of his office. If the Cabinet will not act, then Congress must.
