SF 1740 remove the amendment to homeschool laws.

To: Gov. Walz, Sen. Green, Rep. Duran

From: A verified voter in Bemidji, MN

April 27

I deeply oppose the amendment to SF 1740 that significantly limits who can homeschool and where they can homeschool.   As a homeschooling mom, my kids education is rich in ways that this bill serves to remove. It’s unnecessary to make this amendment as it is a ‘one size fits all’ blanket for things that other laws already cover. It does not allow for homeschooling families to weigh in on the issues voted on. I hope to see you make sure this does not become law. Thank you
