The Framers designed impeachment for precisely this kind of lawlessness. If Congress fails to act, it will set a precedent that future presidents can ignore the Constitution with impunity. I urge you to either draft or join articles of impeachment to defend our democracy from this escalating threat. Our nation’s stability and global standing depend on leaders like you upholding your oath to the Constitution—not to any one man. Please act before it’s too late.
