I am writing to you today as a deeply concerned and outraged constituent to demand immediate, uncompromising action regarding the "Trump-Epstein" files.
While the Epstein Files Transparency Act was intended to bring the truth to light, the Department of Justice’s current production of only ~3.5 million pages—falling far short of the reported 6 million pages in existence—is an insult to the American people and the survivors of Jeffrey Epstein’s crimes. The recent "mistaken" withholding of FBI interview summaries alleging sexual abuse of a minor by Donald Trump proves that the DOJ is not operating with the transparency required by law.
As my representative, I demand that you:
1. Force Total Disclosure: Use every tool at your disposal—including the power of the purse and contempt of Congress proceedings—to compel Attorney General Pam Bondi and the DOJ to release the remaining 2.5 million+ files immediately and without redactions that serve only to protect political reputations.
2. Investigate Abuse Allegations: Initiate a formal, independent investigation into the specific allegations of child rape and sexual abuse involving Donald Trump. These claims, documented in FBI files and recently brought to light by the House Oversight Committee, cannot be dismissed as "sensationalist" without a thorough and public inquiry.
3. Support Impeachment: If the current impeachment inquiry confirms that the President leveraged his office to suppress these files or that the allegations of sexual violence against minors are credible, I demand that you vote to impeach and remove him from office.
The integrity of our justice system depends on the principle that no one, especially not the President, is above the law. We are watching how you handle this cover-up. I expect a formal response detailing the specific steps you are taking to ensure full accountability.
