All people need due process. That is obvious and a constitutional requirement. We shouldn’t even be talking about that. But once they have due process, they should not be deported to random countries! That’s a disgusting human rights violation! And we certainly should not be deporting people to places just to stick them in festering prisons. These people wanted a better life and doing valuable work in our country. We can deport the ones who aren’t legitimately here or don’t have legitimate asylum claims, but we still shouldn’t be looking for the most barbaric route to accomplish this. We are behaving shamefully and it should be stopped.
