An Open Letter
To: Pres. Trump
From: A constituent in Lehi, UT
January 27
I am writing as a deeply concerned citizen in response to recent events that underscore, with painful clarity, how urgently our nation needs transparency, accountability, and principled leadership.
This incident is not isolated. It reflects a broader pattern of political extremism, public distrust, and escalating tension that continues to put lives at risk. When accountability is delayed, minimized, or avoided, the consequences become more severe. Each failure to act decisively deepens public cynicism and increases the danger of further violence.
For this reason, I am urging immediate and full transparency, including the complete public release of the Epstein files. The seriousness of this moment makes secrecy no longer acceptable. Restoring public trust requires honesty, even when that truth is uncomfortable or politically costly. No individual should be shielded by wealth, power, or political status.
Our country cannot heal without accountability. We cannot prevent future tragedy without confronting past wrongdoing. This moment calls for courage, not caution.
I urge you to act decisively to support:
• Full transparency and immediate release of the Epstein files
• Clear and consistent condemnation of political violence and extremism
• Equal accountability under the law for all individuals
The strength of our democracy depends on leaders who place the Constitution, justice, and public safety above political loyalty or personal interest. History will remember who chose courage when it mattered most.
