The cuts to the federal workforce are not just bad policy—they are a direct attack on working Americans. Every day these reckless downsizing measures continue, essential services collapse, and ordinary people pay the price. Federal employees are being driven into the ground. They are being forced to do the work of multiple people under constant threat of losing their jobs. The result is a mass exodus of experienced workers, skyrocketing stress levels, and a mental health crisis inside our government. This isn’t just “tightening the belt.” This is breaking the spine of the very system that millions of Americans depend on. Every delay at the VA, every Social Security backlog, every taxpayer waiting months for help from the IRS is a direct consequence of these cuts. And while politicians brag about saving money, families, veterans, and seniors are left paying the cost in real suffering. You cannot stand on the sidelines while this is happening. Congress must act now to stop the bleeding. Restore funding. Rebuild the workforce. Put an end to these endless rounds of layoffs that are gutting our government from the inside out. This is not a matter for slow debate or partisan games. People are losing their livelihoods. Services are collapsing. Lives are being disrupted every single day because of these decisions. I am demanding you take immediate action to reverse these cuts and protect the federal workers who keep this country running. If we lose them, we lose the ability to serve the American people.
