Among many other things, I am concerned about the 10-year ban on state artificial intelligence (AI) regulations in the reconciliation bill. AI is being rolled out much too fast and much too recklessly, and if the federal government won’t protect citizens from the consequences, states should at least be allowed to do so. Please fight for that provision to be removed from the bill. Thanks.
