Please call for the firing of Secretary of Treasurer Scott Bessent. As a billionaire, he is wildly out of touch with the American people and promotes policies that only benefit the wealthy as evidenced by his recent claims that retirees “own 5, 10, or 12 houses”. In reality, 65% of Americans own their homes and only about 4% of the housing market consists of second homes. Most Ohioans are struggling with the rising costs of their basic housing.
