Please do NOT vote for Schumer & Jeffries for leadership roles

To: Sen. Schiff, Rep. Peters, Sen. Padilla

From: A constituent in San Diego, CA

November 5

I am writing to firmly express that I do not, and will never, support Chuck Schumer and Hakeem Jeffries for Senate Majority Leader and Speaker of the House, respectively. The blue wave we experienced this week occurred in spite of both men, not because of them. It is time for a generation of new progressive leaders in Congress that will GET THINGS DONE. That begins will new leadership, and not more of the same.
