This morning, Pete Hegseth, Sec of Defense, said to the free press: “Don’t ask questions. Don’t report the facts. Don’t seek the truth. Don’t hold people in power to account. Instead, your job is to put out the propaganda we give you. Your job is simply to say ‘America is Great.’” What an utterly unamerican thing to say! What happened to transparency and the right of the public and Congress to be informed? This man has no business having any part in administration if he thinks that no one but administration should be informed! He works for the people of the US. So many Senators and Representatives have been frustrated with his incompetence, his inability to answer questions and his stonewalling. Remove him from office. He’s 100% unqualified and incompetent. He needs to tell the truth to the press.
