Publish the 28th Amendment (the ERA) before you leave office

Why won't you act to secure women's rights? The Trump administration illegally refused to do their duty in 2020 and publish the ERA. As a Virginian I am especially upset that the will of my state, along with the others that ratified was ignored at that time. But I fully expected that your administration would correct the problem, rather than look for legal excuses to stall. I was sorely disappointed. It may have been some excess of caution holding you back when you entered office, but now we're out of time for caution or excuses. An administration that will never consider unblocking this Amendment, even if they legally must, is about to take office. The American Bar Association has affirmed that Congress does not possess the power to unilaterally alter the Amendment process by adding a ratification deadline outside the text of the Amendment itself. Rescission of ratification is likewise not allowed by the Constitution. The 27th Amendment took over 200 years to be ratified, but it was duly added to the Constitution. Your duty is clear- morally and legally, you must publish the Equal Rights Amendment as the 28th Amendment. History and women everywhere are watching.
