The only reason bathrooms were separated by gender, is men were forced to use urinals and women could not. In the modern age, almost everywhere is stalls and bathrooms are identical, so there was no reason to separate and everything became unisex. This is not only an issue of human rights, but logistics. This will greatly impact smaller business that do not have the space or infrastructure to support multiple bathrooms. Thousands of people suddenly woke up to invalidated licenses and birth certificates, unable to go about their day. They will not be able to vote on the Wichita sales tax. They are suddenly unable to drive, purchase age restricted items, or verify their identity. Anyone with an elementary education immediately sees that this is a stupid and ridiculous plan that purely wastes all of your constituents time and money, to persecute and silence a small vulnerable population. What a way to show you’re all brain dead perverted bigots.
