I am deeply disturbed by this week’s UN report that announced we will not be able to avert a 1.5 degree (Celsius) increase in the global warming threshold. This is terrifying. This has catastrophic implications for ALL of us and our children and grandchildren. Why aren’t lawmakers doing more to cut emissions? This should never have become a partisan issue. It is a humanity issue. I’m begging you to do more. Nothing else you are working on is as important as this.
