President Trump’s behavior and speech has become increasingly erratic and worrisome. Experts and media outlets have, with increasing frequency, been suggesting that this pattern of behavior is indicative of deteriorating cognitive function and possibly frontal temporal lobe dementia. Furthermore, Congress is seemingly aware of this as House Speaker Mike Johnson admitted to Rep. Madeleine Dean that the president is “unhinged” and “unwell”. As you are well aware, the presidency is an enormous responsibility and requires a person to be in full possession of their cognitive faculties in order to protect and serve our country. Any reasonable doubt that a president is unwell and unable to carry out the duties of the presidency must be heeded and properly investigated. With that in mind, I urge you to take this matter seriously and faithfully launch an investigation into the mental health of President Trump.
