Please support and vote yes on Senate Bill 1007 - Fair and Affordable HOAs. My HOA bill is $909.59 a month. I am a senior citizen on a fixed income and it’s very hard to make ends meet with such a high HOA fee. Every year since I moved here in 2010 it has increased. When I first moved here it was an affordable fee, but every year it gets more and more unaffordable. Please help Senior citizens like me.
