The administration's disregard for due process and deportation of individuals without evidence of criminal activity is deeply concerning. It undermines the rule of law and erodes fundamental legal protections that are the bedrock of our democracy. Arguing that lack of evidence proves guilt turns the justice system on its head. This is not the conduct of a nation committed to law and order, but the actions of an authoritarian regime.
