The ongoing Israeli military assault on Gaza has resulted in tragic loss of life, including at least 40 more Palestinian civilians killed today. Israel's disproportionate use of force against densely populated areas disregards civilian casualties and violates international law. An immediate ceasefire is imperative to prevent further bloodshed. We must stop providing Israel with weapons and funding that enable this deadly offensive, which amounts to genocide against Palestinians. Diplomatic solutions upholding human rights and addressing root causes must be pursued for a just resolution to this conflict.
