Support H.R. 3565 — Block the Bombs Act

To: Sen. Wyden

From: A verified voter in Myrtle Creek, OR

August 15

You cannot keep offering “thoughtful concern” about Gaza while continuing to take money from Israeli lobbyists and voting to send weapons that massacre civilians. That is hypocrisy, plain and simple. If you truly believe Palestinian lives matter, then your votes and your donor list should reflect that. Israel’s campaign is not self-defense—it is genocide. For 77 years Israel has cloaked its aggression under that lie while bombing, occupying, and dispossessing its neighbors. Whole families are being buried alive under rubble. Every one of those bombs has “Made in the USA” stamped on it, funded by my tax dollars. The Block the Bombs Act (H.R. 3565) gives you a clear choice: stand with humanity, or keep hiding behind the same tired AIPAC talking points. No faith, no morality, no shred of conscience can justify arming a government that deliberately starves and slaughters civilians. And you know it. I demand that you: • Cosponsor and support H.R. 3565 without delay. • Refuse further lobbyist money from groups fueling genocide. • Back up your words about “concern” with real action. History will remember not the statements you issued, but the choices you made when children were being bombed with U.S. weapons. Do not put yourself on the wrong side of history.
