Medicaid helps in almost 50% of WV births

To: Sen. Capito, Sen. Justice

From: A constituent in Stonewood, WV

May 30

According to information from the March of dimes, Medicaid helps to cover the cost of almost half of the births in West Virginia. As a woman trying to get pregnant, with many friends having babies, I'm very worried about how Medicaid cuts in the budget bill may impact me and my friends. It's very expensive to have children and I've been putting it off for a long time, so please don't vote for something that will make this even harder.
